Tariff

There are 28 Hourly Slots available for allocation to paid projects per Week and there are 48 Weeks per Year as detailed below.(*1)

Hourly Slots can be booked in advance, where depending on volume, a deposit may be required.

All projects are based on an hourly rate that can be selected from rates, below.

All payments are to be processed using Direct Bank Transfer or PayPal (where charges apply.)

Costs associated with projects undertaken will be purchased at the best possible price and, once agreed, paid in advance of the purchase, in addition to any tariff being applied. No extra handling fee is required for such purchases, however, the management of any account/s purchased remains with Scott, aka Elitelixir - and time spent having to maintain it/ them, may need to be charged and sometimes at Overtime.

Your preferred Communication Methods & Times are used in accordance with Best Practice.

Timely replies are essential to ensuring smooth continuation of services.

Under normal circumstances it is possible to end all development time and maintain a Basic Rate of service or end all services entirely, without any problems at all and can often be encouraged as part of regular 'Running Costs Analysis' (*3), free of charge.

Recurring Costs (*4): Will be invoiced as required, 7 working days prior to the outlay being made by myself and must be paid in a timely manner, or the service cancelled. No refunds will be granted on cancelled services of any kind.

Basic Rates (*1) (Ideal for maintaining existing sites)

£15 per Hourly Slot,

£25 per Hourly Overtime Rate Slot.

£30 per Consultancy Slot (*2) ... when you buy 1 x Basic Rate Consultation Slot, I book you 2 x Hourly Slots and devote them to your project. (1 x Hour Slot for preparation and a 1 x Hour Slot for the consultation.)

Professional Rates (*1)

£25 per Hourly Slot,

£35 per Hourly Overtime Rate Slot.

£75 per Consultancy Slot (*2) ... when you buy 1 x Professional Rate Consultation Slot, I book you 3 x Hourly Slots and devote them to your project. (2 x Hour Slots for the preparation and a 1 x Hour Slot for the consultation.)

Platinum Rates (*1)

£75 per Hourly Slot,

£85 per Hourly Overtime Rate Slot.

£225 per Consultancy Slot (*2) ... when you buy 1 x Platinum Rate Consultancy Slot, I book you an entire 6 x Hourly Slots and devote them all to your project. (5 x Hour Slots for the preparation and 1 x Hour Slot for the consultation.)

(*1) Business Hours:

- I am available to work 20 Regular Hours and up to 8 Overtime Hours per Week within the hours detailed below.

- Work undertaken outside the hours below or on Sundays is welcome and billed as Overtime Hours.

- Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 21:00 Hours; Saturday: 10:30 - 16:30 Hours, and; Sundays: Closed.

- Working Year: Closed: Christmas Day; Boxing Day; January 10th - 24th Inclusive, and; 24th July - 7th August inclusive.

(*2) Consultancy Slots: Consultancy slots may be by your preferred Communication Methods and Times and can be by almost all popular free communication methods, except FaceBook related channels (but, not including Instagram.) From feature rich two way text chat to simply phoning and email - up to full video communications encompassing all these features, are all feasible and welcome.

(*3) Running Costs Analysis: No project should run without regular checking to ensure things are running smoothly. I will continually check and ensure that your booked hours are optimal for what you need. Occasionally, booked hours may need to be increased or decreased accordingly.

(*4) Recurring Costs: As part of a service being provided it may be required to make regular payments for various subscription services. In cases where Elite Administration Support Services pays these costs on your behalf: Invoices will be presented 7 Days prior to the due date and must be be paid in a timely manner, or the service cancelled. No refunds will be granted on cancelled services or any kind. Fees will only be charged for the handling of these payments if that is required to ensure no payment deficit occurs during money transactions between Elite Administration Support Services and those service providers.
